15-Day return period:
Please be sure your return reaches Worldwide Aquatics, Inc. within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).

Original packaging:
Please include all original packaging in good condition with your return.

Closeout items:
Worldwide Aquatics, Inc. does not accept returns of items purchased on closeout.

Conditions:
Items returned without first contacting us for return instructions will be sent back to you. All returns must be returned to us within 15 days or restocking fees will apply. No items will be accepted for return after 15 days.

Security:
Worldwide Aquatics, Inc. is committed to the security or your financial and personal information. All of our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by third parties.

Privacy:

At this time we ship all our packages United Parcel Service  and USPS Priority Mail.
